Robertson Developments Ltd specialise in the development and construction of both residential and commercial real estate.
Robertson Developments' roots stretch back to the 1960s and encompass two generations of family-based endeavour. Initially, residential properties were developed throughout the South West. Since the 1980s, efforts have been concentrated on West Cornwall with many hundreds of properties being built in the Camborne and Redruth area. Since 2000, project activity has again expanded geographically with, for example, developments undertaken in St Austell.
The turn of the millennium also marked a significant shift towards actively pursuing projects within the industrial and commercial arena. This aspect of our work has since expanded to the degree that we are now one of the leading commercial property players in and around Truro, the main administrative centre for Cornwall.
We are based at Truro Business Park, Threemilestone, which itself has seen extensive commercial development in recent years. As our commercial activity progresses we will also continue to develop residential properties elsewhere.
